Early development works of research experiment/process test/product verification etc.

Laser Source: German-made YAG / FIBER / DISK / Diodes.
Laser Type: Pulse laser / CW continuous laser.
Laser Power: 25watts 〜 5 kilowatts.

Design & Fabrication of Jig/Fixture

is fully aware that the good or bad of auxiliary application of laser jig/fixtures decides and affects the process development/research experiment/product test/production processing etc.

Therefore, the company has accumulated 20 years of practical processing experience in the design and fabrication of jig/fixtures, it is able to meet the entire planning and assistance process of laser processing jig/fixture from experimental development → equipment procurement → introducing into production etc. at the customer’s end.

Material Test & Making Sample Service

If the selection of product materials in the early stage of development, and the presence of processing material characteristics and effect of laser process are appropriate.
Or making samples for the actual verification, discussing the design changes, and even providing samples for recognition at the customer’s end.
